Prof. Chao Zuo, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China ( SPIE / Optica / IOP Fellow)

Dr. Chao Zuo is a professor in optical engineering, Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NJUST), China. He leads the Smart Computational Imaging Laboratory (SCILab: www.scilaboratory.com) at the School of Electronic and Optical Engineering, NJUST, and is also the founder and director of the Smart Computational Imaging Research Institute of NJUST. He has long been engaged in the development of novel Computational Optical Imaging and Measurement technologies, with a focus on Phase Measuring Imaging Metrology. He has published more than  200 peer-reviewed articles with over 13,000 citations. These researches have been featured on journal cover (including Light, Optica, LPR, PhotoniX, AP, etc.) over 30 times. He currently serves as an Associate Editor of PhotoniX, Optics and Lasers in Engineering, Frontiers in Photonics, Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, and Advanced Devices & Instrumentation. He is a Fellow of SPIE | Optica | IOP, and listed as a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher. 
Research interests: computational optical imaging and optical information processing techniques, non-interference quantitative phase microscopy, high-speed structured light projection 3D imaging, and computational photoelectric imaging detection.

Prof. Vladimir G. Chigrinov, Foshan University, Foshan, China (SID Fellow)

Vladimir G. Chigrinov is a Professor of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since 1999. He is an Expert in Flat Panel Technology in Russia, recognized by the World Technology Evaluation Centre, 1994, and SID Fellow since 2008. He is an author of 6 books, 31 reviews and book chapters, about 317 journal papers, more than 668 Conference presentations, and 121 patents and patent applications including 36 US patents in the field of liquid crystals since 1974. He got Excellent Research Award of HKUST School of Engineering in 2012. He obtained Gold Medal and The Best Award in the Invention & Innovation Awards 2014 held at the Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) 2014, which was hosted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 20-22 Feb 2014. He is a Member of EU Academy of Sciences (EUAS) since July 2017. He got the Slottow Owaki Prize of SID in 2018. He is 2019 Distinguished Fellow of IETI (International Engineering and Technology Institute). Since 2018, he has been working as Professor in the School of Physics and Optoelectronics Engineering in Foshan University, Foshan, China, He is the Vice President of Fellow of Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IDSAI) of 2020-2024, and distinguished Fellow of Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence since 2021.
Research interests: Computer modeling of various electrooptical effects in Liquid Crystals (LC), Photo-aligning technique for LCD applications, LC devices in fiber optics, Fast multistable ferroelectric liquid crystal devices.

Ptof. Yang Yue, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China (SPIE Fellow / IEEE Senior Member)

Yang Yue, Professor, PhD supervisor, School of Information and Communication Engineering, Xi 'an Jiaotong University, SPIE Fellow, IEEE/Optica Senior member, National Young Talent Program candidate, founder of Intelligent Photon Application Technology Laboratory (iPatLab) and current PI. He is committed to the basic and applied research in the field of intelligent photonics such as optical communication, light perception, and optical chips. He received his bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Science and Technology and Master's degree in optics from Nankai University in 2004 and 2007, respectively, and his Doctor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California in 2012. After graduation, he worked for Silicon Valley Semiconductor Company and network equipment company. In 2021, he was selected into Xi 'an Jiaotong University's "Young Top Talent Support Program". He has published more than 260 papers (including Science), including nearly 20 invited papers, applied for and authorized more than 60 patents (including 25 US patents, 9 European patents, and more than 30 authorized patents), edited 6 English books and 2 English book chapters, and cited more than 10,000 times by Google Academic. He was invited to give more than 200 lectures (including 1 Tutorial,30 Plenary sessions and 50 Keynote sessions). He has presided over nearly 10 national, provincial and ministerial level and enterprise horizontal scientific research projects, with a total fund of more than 10 million yuan. He is an Associate editor of IEEE Access, Frontiers in Physics, an editorial board member of four academic journals, including Sensors and J. Lightw. Technol. He has been guest editor of special issues for more than 10 times, chairman of international conferences and members of technical committees for more than 100 times, and reviewer of more than 70 academic journals.

Prof. Zhaoyang Zhang, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China

Zhaoyang Zhang is a Professor in the School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Xian Jiaotong University, China. He has been engaged in the research of quantum optics, nonlinear optics, and optical properties of photonic lattices in multi-level atomic systems. Recently, he mainly works on the coherent control of dynamics of light in electromagnetically induced photonic lattices in atomic vapors. He got Excellent Young Scientists Fund.

Dr. Xianlin Song, Nanchang University, China (SPIE member)

Xianlin Song, Deputy Director of Imaging and Visual Representation Laboratory of Nanchang University, Master Supervisor of Nanchang University, National Natural Science Foundation review expert, SPIE member, member of China Computer Society and China Communication Society. He graduated from the research group of Academician Luo Qingming, Britton Chance Center for Biomedical Photonics, Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and had a short-term exchange study in Stanford University. He has been committed to the research of new intelligent photoelectric imaging methods and new technologies, and has in-depth research in artificial intelligence, optical imaging, photoacoustic imaging, super resolution imaging and other fields. His papers on photoacoustic imaging were cited by Lihong V. Wang, academician of the National Academy of Engineering, an international leader in the field of photoacoustic imaging.
